Andrew is an experienced analytical consultant who addresses challenges at the intersection of government, business and markets. He has a track record of delivering concise, actionable analysis to clients, leaning on a breadth of experience across healthcare, sustainable development and financial services.
Previously, Andrew led strategy and investor relations for a Malaysian social enterprise, AffordAble Abodes. There, he passionately advocated for sustainable alternatives in agriculture and construction, bringing together investors, businesspeople and government stakeholders to power green economic development.
Andrew also brings critical business acumen as a former consultant with ZS, a management consulting firm serving Fortune 100 companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Working in their market access and pricing group, Andrew developed an intimate understanding of the impact of government policy on markets, strategy and business’ bottom lines. Earlier, Andrew covered Asian political economy issues in both the public and the private sector, analyzing sovereign debt, geopolitical competition and macroeconomic conditions to inform investment and policy decisions.
Andrew holds a dual Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts from INSEAD in Singapore and the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC. He also has a dual bachelor’s degree in business administration and political science from the University of Southern California. Andrew is conversational in Spanish and has growing command of Bahasa Indonesia.
