Erika Anne Roman leverages her deep knowledge and understanding of the intersection of politics and policy in the Philippines to help BGA clients navigate and shape complex legislative and regulatory policies.
Erika previously served as a junior associate in Nograles Law Offices, where she drafted pleadings, affidavits and contracts for the firm. She also attended hearings and meetings with clients.
While in law school, Erika honed her leadership skills while serving as an external vice president of the dean, a member of the student council and a captain of her law school basketball team, which won championships two years in a row. In college, she worked in the office of the late Senate President Edgardo Angara, where she learned the legislative process and conducted extensive research for input in the drafting of bills.
Erika received her post-graduate degree in law from San Beda College Alabang and her Bachelor of Arts in political science from De La Salle University in Manila.
