Imran graduated at the top of his class and went on to work for IBM in 1994 and developed a unique set of skills that brought him to the door of BowerGroupAsia a quarter of a century later. Managing the “Financial Sector Reform Project” funded by the World Bank, on behalf of IBM, helped Imran realize a different set of skills were required to manage such a complex project with different stakeholders. Recognizing that understanding of cultures of International Financial Institutions and Fortune-500 Multinational Organizations were not enough, Imran invested in understanding the challenges and business values of Government Public Sector; and attended numerous “Innovative Government Workshops” conducted by the Lee Kuan Yew (LKY) School of Public Policy in Singapore with some of regional leaders. By becoming a pioneer in Government Relation and Public Policy specialist in Bangladesh, Imran went on to manage more than 40+ complex projects and Government Engagement Programs on behalf of numerous Fortune-500 companies, (like IBM, Microsoft, Dell) as either an employee or a consultant, over the last two decades.

An IT professional with a deep upstanding of structured sales process, Imran’s approach to clients have been direct, humble and personal; with a proven ability to work in diverse conditions with people of various countries, background and cultural diversity. He listens attentively to all the clients, large or small, and explores as many professional options to address their challenges until the client requirements are satisfied. Imran’s client-focused attitude comes second only to his love for his immediate family comprising of his loving wife and his teenaged daughter.
