Luci Sevilla is an analyst for BGA Philippines, responsible for researching regulatory policies, legislative movements and relevant stakeholders for clients focusing on the health and education sector. She concurrently serves as a research associate at the Stratbase ADR Institute, an independent international and strategic research organization with the principal goal of addressing the issues affecting the Philippines and East Asia.
Prior to working in public policy analysis, Luci was an intern with Rise Against Hunger Philippines, an international hunger relief organization that distributes food and aid to needy populations. She serves as a volunteer health and education associate for CitizenWatch Philippines, a consumer advocate group.
Luci received a bachelor’s degree in development studies from De La Salle University-Manila in 2018. She served as the president of Kaunlaran (Development), De La Salle’s development studies-focused undergraduate organization, from 2017-18. She was also a representative to the College of Liberal Arts Student Government from 2016-18.
