Michelle is experienced in the areas of public policy review, strategic planning, economic analysis, feasibility studies, market trends and industry analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining BGA, Michelle worked as a management consultant at KPMG Management & Risk Consulting Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur. She supported engagements across sectors such as agriculture, telecommunications, public infrastructure, logistics and transportation. She conducted policy reviews on key industries in Malaysia, an economic impact analysis on public infrastructure options, a statistical economic assessment of a high-tech industrial park and market research on Malaysia’s education sector. Michelle has facilitated numerous strategic discussions, led focus group discussions and conducted interviews with stakeholders at various levels.
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of the West of England and a diploma in tourism management from Taylor’s University, Malaysia.
