Minh is a senior analyst at Bower Group Asia Vietnam. In this role, he assists in providing legal and public policy advice, and supports clients in government engagement.
Prior to joining BGA, Minh worked for a Singapore-based investment advisory and government relations firm where he supported clients with legal and public policy analysis, government affairs and engagement strategies.
Previously, Minh worked for a Big Four accounting firm and a U.S. law firm where he advised major multinational companies from various industries on employment, internal compliance, dispute resolution, general corporate and taxation-related legal issues in Vietnam.
Earlier, Minh spent three years working for Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, assisting senior government officials with legal aspects of inter-ministerial projects and government-level negotiations, and supporting Vietnam’s diplomatic missions overseas.
Before that, Minh worked with VTV International (VTV4), the international broadcaster of Vietnam Television (VTV). Minh’s previous experience encompassing both private and public sectors and the media has enabled him to grasp a broad overview of the regulatory and advocacy landscape in Vietnam.
Minh holds a Bachelor of International Law (LL.B) from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. He obtained a Master of Law (LL.M) in international business law from the London School of Economics and Political Science with the support of a Chevening scholarship from the British government.
