A qualified lawyer in Vietnam, Minh assists in providing public policy advice and support with government engagement for BGA clients in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector. Minh’s experience encompassing both private and public sectors as well as media has enabled him to grasp a broad overview of the regulatory and advocacy landscape in Vietnam.
Prior to joining BGA, Minh worked for a Singapore-based investment advisory and government relations firm where he supported clients with legal and public policy analysis, government affairs and engagement strategies.
Minh previously worked for a U.S.-based law firm and accounting firm advising major multinational companies from various industries on employment, internal compliance, dispute resolution, general corporate and taxation-related legal issues in Vietnam.
Earlier, Minh spent three years working for the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, assisting senior government officials with legal aspects of inter-ministerial projects and government-level negotiations and supporting Vietnam’s diplomatic missions overseas. Before that, he worked with VTV International (VTV4), the international broadcaster of Vietnam Television.
Minh holds a Bachelor of International Law from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and obtained a Master of Law in international business law from the London School of Economics and Political Science with the support of a Chevening Scholarship from the UK government.
