Kim Oan Ung

Kim is a communications and media professional with a strong track record in journalism. She provides in-depth analysis and research on government policies, regulatory developments and investment opportunities to help BGA clients overcome challenges, mitigate risks and expand business in Cambodia.
Kim was previously based in Paris as a journalist at Radio France Internationale, where she produced analytical news articles and video reports. Earlier, she worked with NGOs in Cambodia to coordinated multi-party projects with government officials, local communities and other partners.
Kim was a participant in the European Union’s Erasmus Mundus program for undergraduate studies in Romania and graduate studies in Portugal, where she received a master’s degree in multimedia from the University of Porto. Being immersed in an international setting reinforced her exposure to multicultural environments and cooperation.
