Nguyen Duc Chinh

Chinh conducts research and analysis on public policy issues and provides support in the field of technology and government relations.
Chinh has a background in international relations and public policy. Before joining BGA, he worked for Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he conducted high-level research and developed ministerial reports. He worked with stakeholders at the Ministry of Public Security and the Supreme Court to draft reports and contributed to Vietnam’s adoption of U.N. Security Council resolutions and U.N. Development Program marine cooperation. During international engagements such as the Asia Pacific Parliamentary Forum, he closely coordinated with other governmental agencies and provided administrative support.
Chinh holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in international relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. He remains engaged with the academy, delivering English language lectures on international relations and diplomacy.
