Pham Tram

Tram conducts policy analysis, research and stakeholder mapping for BGA clients in Vietnam. She specializes in supporting media and communications activities across all sectors.
Tram first joined BGA as a trade policy intern, then a research and communication assistant focused on the beverages, pharmaceuticals and real estate sectors. After more than three years, she left to pursue her graduate studies in Europe where she earned the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship sponsored by the European Union.
Tram received a joint master’s degree in public policy from the Central European University in Hungary and the Barcelona Institute of International Studies in Spain. During her studies, Tram conducted in-depth research about the policy landscape on housing and land rights in Africa for Habitat for Humanity. Her article “For Our Health and the Planet’s” was published in the human rights journal, The Activist, in June 2020.
Tram holds a bachelor’s degree in international trade law from the Hanoi Foreign Trade University. Early in her career, she worked as a human resources intern at the Esoftflow company and volunteered with the Center for Social Initiative Promotion, promoting the proliferation of social enterprises in Vietnam.
