Analyst
To Thi Khanh Linh

Linh is a results-driven and highly self-motivated analyst who supports BGA’s clients in Vietnam through research and analysis of public policy issues. She specializes in eco-friendly vehicles, sustainable development and government relations.
Before joining BGA, Linh worked at Vingroup Joint Stock Company as a member of the team that assisted the company chairman. Her analysis of policy developments in the eco-friendly vehicles space promoted the market expansion of Vietnam’s biggest conglomerate. Linh contributed to major projects during her time with the company, including the launch of a new electric vehicle product line. She facilitated the workflow between the chief technology officer and chief engineers and reported to the company’s key leaders.
Linh interned at the Vietnam Institute for Foreign Policy and Strategic Studies during her undergraduate studies. In this role, she researched topics related to the water-energy-food nexus in the Mekong region, global health diplomacy and digital transformation.
Linh holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in international relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. She graduated in the top of her class and was awarded best thesis.
