Rae has expertise in stakeholder engagement to build strategic partnerships, policy research and evaluation, market analysis and policy advocacy. She helps clients navigate the regulatory landscape, ensuring they are offered the highest benefits in Thailand.

Prior to joining BGA, Rae worked for global communications and advocacy firm APCO Worldwide in Bangkok. She was involved in regional and local projects, advising multinational companies in the healthcare, energy and technology sectors. She has also worked in government affairs and business advisory firms in Thailand, Singapore and the United States. Earlier, she worked at the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok as a program assistant in the public affairs section.

Rae was a Prem Tinsulanonda Fellowship recipient at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C., where she received a master’s degree in Southeast Asia studies and international economics. She obtained a bachelor’s degree with first class honors in English literature from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.
