Rae has expertise in stakeholder engagement to build strategic partnerships, policy research and evaluation, market analysis and policy advocacy. She helps clients navigate the regulatory landscape, ensuring they are offered the highest benefits in Thailand.
Prior to joining BGA, Rae worked as a project consultant at APCO Worldwide in Bangkok. She was involved in regional and local projects, advising multinational companies in the healthcare, energy and technology sectors. She has also worked in government affairs and business advisory firms in Thailand, Singapore and the United States. Earlier, she worked at the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok as a program assistant in the public affairs section.
Rae obtained a master’s degree in international economics and Southeast Asia studies from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C., and a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.
