Justin’s empathy and insight make him the ideal chief people officer for BGA. He is responsible for ensuring the company attracts, empowers and retains the world’s top talent. Because he personifies these qualities, he is a virtual divining rod for finding people with strong motivation and passion for the work we do. He weaves the threads of the company’s culture into its support for clients and engaging others, driving people-focused culture.

As a Jewish kid from North Carolina, Justin was raised loving sweet tea, corned beef and Michael Jordan. His work empowering women and girls around the world at the State Department drew our attention to him. He excelled in advising BGA clients on how to add value for communities and people across Asia as a core foundation for achieving their goals and growing their business. Justin has devoted his career to fostering partnerships, international understanding, and opportunities for others. He and his wife Erin spend their free time being outsmarted by their son Levi, daughter Eva and yellow lab Mazel.
