Naya works with digital platform payment and financial technology companies to manage regulatory changes and government sensitivities. She interprets how both existing and emerging policies — including new regulations and actions by officials — affect her clients’ operations in Indonesia. By identifying the decision-makers driving policy and understanding their priorities, Naya develops practical steps to engage them and work toward favorable outcomes.
Naya brings a blend of public and private sector experience to her work at BGA. She previously served as chief of staff at a payments infrastructure company, where she oversaw key business initiatives, managed licensing processes and expanded relationships with regulators and industry associations. She also worked in the Executive Office of the President under its economic section, where she helped implement investment climate reforms under the seminal 2020 Job Creation Law.
Naya holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Bandung Institute of Technology’s School of Business and Management.
