Ajibola Kolajo

Ajibola, popularly known as AJ, is a mid-level management consultant with a proven track record of advising and implementing strategy for various public, social and private sector actors in the African region. 

Prior to joining BGA, Ajibola worked and advised at leading management consulting and international development organizations such as Business Sweden, Augmentum Advisory (Ex-Mck Partner Founded Firm), the World Bank, Tony Blair Institute, Busara, PwC and the International Rescue Committee. 

At these organizations, he worked on multiple topics ranging from market entry assessments and expansions, large-scale transformations and behavioral change across portfolios ranging from digital services, financial services, health care, agriculture, trade and economic opportunity. He has developed strong competencies in project and stakeholder management, business development, problem solving and communication. 

Ajibola holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is fluent in English and Yoruba.
