Angela Ware

Angela supports her colleagues in the United States through the management, coordination and implementation of BGA’s human capital operations. As a key member of the human resources (HR) team, Angela creates, directs and provides insight into people-centered policies and procedures across BGA. With over a decade of administrative experience, she brings exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to the team. 

Angela joined BGA as a contracts manager, where she negotiated and executed contracts with clients and other stakeholders across industries and geographies. Previously, Angela was a legal specialist at Goodwill Industries International, Inc., where she was responsible for providing legal and contract support across the Goodwill network. She managed the organization’s compliance program and assisted in research and policy creation.
