Cheng-Pin Bruce Lin

Bruce has over 20 years of legislative experience, specializing in planning and developing bills and in the government budget review process. His areas of policy expertise include science and technology, telecommunications, transportation and construction.
While working in the Legislative Yuan, Bruce was directly involved in the formulation and revision of laws, becoming a subject matter expert on telecommunications and commercial electronic information management. His tenure as a senior aide to legislators from different political parties equipped him with considerable understanding of Taiwan’s political party culture and characteristics of different parties.
Bruce graduated with a master’s degree from the Institute of Political Science at National Taiwan Normal University. He specialized in the operation of political parties and groups in the Legislative Yuan and the operation of the executive branch and the legislature.
