Chief of Staff for Operations
Farrah Meisel Toobin
Farrah’s role is at the heart of BGA’s operations. She is central to our success for several reasons: she knows BGA inside out because she started shortly after the company was formed; is a warrior-advocate for BGA’s people; is a talented writer and researcher; and, as a mother, is hard to surprise. She is the right hand of our COO and develops and leads many strategic initiatives to strengthen the company technically, financially, through technology. She is committed to ensuring BGA is a safe and rewarding place to work. She started her management level work has head of the research team. Farrah has lived and worked in Thailand and Japan. As one of the company’s Californians, she loves both LA’s fish tacos and Bangkok’s street food. She is the proud granddaughter of immigrants, who helped raise her and told her stories of what it takes to start anew in a different country.
