Harris provides insightful analysis and strategic guidance on technology policy to BGA clients across the globe. He services projects within the technology portfolio, ensuring that clients navigate complex policy landscapes with confidence and clarity.
Harris brings a range of cross-regional research experience from his previous roles at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore, the Observer Research Foundation in Delhi and the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation in Kathmandu. He is adept at identifying linkages between politics and business and their impact on one another. Harris’ analytical thought pieces have been featured by the Lowy Interpreter, the South China Morning Post and the NITI Aayog.
Harris holds a master’s degree in international affairs from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore and a bachelor’s degree in history from St. Stephen’s College in Delhi. His degrees have equipped him with a robust understanding of both contemporary and historical policy issues affecting the Indo-Pacific and inform his work in this dynamic region. Harris is fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu.
