Le Van Anh

Van Anh leads in-depth political, economic and regulatory analysis to help BGA clients anticipate policy changes, manage risks and identify opportunities in Vietnam’s evolving policy landscape. She is experienced in translating complex regulatory developments into clear, evidence-based insights that inform business strategy and decision-making. Her work integrates policy understanding with strategic analysis, helping clients strengthen long-term engagement with key government and industry stakeholders. 

Van Anh began her career with BGA as an analyst before advancing to senior analyst. She has led research initiatives, contributed to advocacy strategies and built productive relationships with government agencies and industry associations. She later pursued graduate study in public policy in the United States and has since returned to BGA, combining practical consulting experience with rigorous policy training to deliver clear, actionable insights for clients. 

Earlier in her career, she worked with a Singapore-based advisory firm, providing policy and regulatory analysis on emerging technology sectors across Southeast Asia. 

Van Anh holds a Master of Public Policy with honors from the University of Chicago as a recipient of the U.S. government-funded Fulbright Scholarship and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
