Michael Chen
Michael provides clients with analysis, actionable suggestions and strategy in the fields of public health policy, pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and central and local government affairs within the executive branch.
Before joining BGA, Michael worked extensively with the government both in the United States and Taiwan. Earlier, he headed multiple public-private-partnership projects and grassroots movements.
Michael also worked in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the areas of regulatory affairs, clinical trials both in Taiwan and in the United States, and in merger and acquisition negotiations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in sociology and anthropology and a Master of Arts in sociology from the University of Maryland in College Park. He is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program in sociology at the University of Maryland.
