Maureen “Mo” Cicciarelli

Mo brings strong expertise in finance and human resources to her role at BGA. She is a highly effective communicator who builds strong, sustainable relationships with clients at all levels. Mo’s excellent organizational skills, exceptional problem-solving aptitude and the ability to perform seamlessly in high-pressure situations make her an invaluable asset to BGA.

Mo has 30 years of experience working in office management and accounting in the private and non-profit sectors, as well as for family-owned businesses, including a mechanical contracting company and a real estate investment company that she helped set up and manage. Prior to joining BGA, she served for seven years as a finance and benefit manager at an engineering firm in McLean, Virginia.
