Ngo Thuy Quynh
Quynh is an expert in energy strategy and policy with more than 20 years of private and public sector experience. She spent over 13 years at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam as a department leader, where she developed national energy strategies, master plans and regulations. Her work helped enterprises navigate the policy environment and engage key stakeholders in Vietnam. She also coordinated technical support projects for international donors.
For more than a decade, Quynh was the deputy manager of human resources at the Dung Quat oil refinery, where she led the recruitment and training of more than 1,000 staff.
Quynh holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Danang University of Economics.
