Nguyen Vu Ha Nam

Nam supports BGA Vietnam’s clients by researching regulatory and policy developments. 

Before joining BGA, Nam worked at the Vietnam office of Equinor, a Norwegian energy major. He assisted on policy advocacy and external communication for offshore wind power development and provided administrative support to senior managers. Earlier, he interned at Innovation Norway Vietnam, the commercial section of the Norwegian Embassy in Hanoi, where he supported the delivery of market advisory services to Norwegian clients active in renewable energy, aquaculture and the circular economy. 

Nam is also a freelance contributor to several domestic newspapers, in which his analysis of international affairs has been published. 

Nam has finished his master’s program in public policy at the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, Fulbright University Vietnam. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
