Pak-Yen Loke

Pak-Yen researches and analyzes Malaysia’s policy landscape. She helps companies navigate the country’s intricate regulatory environment by providing valuable insight into policy changes, potential challenges and strategic opportunities.
Prior to joining BGA, Pak-Yen completed an internship with Khazanah Research Institute, where she examined trends, technologies and regulatory implications in the digital and health care sectors. Earlier, she was a research intern at the University of Nottingham and a policy associate at the Razak Leadership Program.
Pak-Yen graduated with honors in psychology from the University of Nottingham. She is fluent in English, Malay, Cantonese and Mandarin.
