Pham Nguyen Ngan Ha

Ngan Ha supports clients in Vietnam by researching and analyzing policy and regulatory developments. She focuses on technology, media and communications, with a particular interest in the digital transformation, data governance, cybersecurity and Vietnam’s evolving digital economy. 

Before joining BGA, Ngan Ha worked at CMC Technology & Solution, where she supported the CEO and the senior leadership team in strategic planning, executive communications, cross-functional coordination and governance processes. Her role gave her practical insight into business decision-making, operational execution and the policy issues shaping the digital sector. 

Previously, Ngan Ha supported the US-ASEAN Business Council’s 2024 Vietnam Business Mission, where she helped prepare briefing materials, consolidate company inputs, translate documents and support high-level business government engagements. She also interned at the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi’s Public Affairs Section and the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Department of International Organizations, where she gained experience in public diplomacy, policy research, stakeholder engagement and diplomatic support. 

Ngan Ha holds a bachelor’s degree in international law from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. She was selected as an AmCham Scholar in 2023.
