Raka specializes in technology innovation management, particularly within the context of Indonesia. He advises the world’s leading companies in collaborating with the government to develop mutually beneficial policy solutions. In this process, he identifies risks and opportunities while proactively managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Raka has a wealth of experience in policymaking, having previously served as a strategic assistant to the Directorate General of Informatics Application at the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Informatics. In this role, he played a pivotal part in cooperatively addressing issues related to digital literacy, platform governance, and content moderation.
As a researcher at a prominent Indonesian policy institute, he has also facilitated alliances between businesses and the government, contributing to the advancement of Indonesia’s ICT sector.
Raka holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Gadjah Mada and a master’s degree in the philosophy of technology from the University of Twente.
