Yu-Ju Vicky Lin

Vicky has more than 20 years of experience in public health policy and government affairs, providing clients with unique insights into Taiwan’s complex health care policy environment. She specializes in helping organizations identify emerging policy opportunities and develop strategic, practical and results-oriented approaches to achieve their business objectives.

Throughout her government career, Vicky collaborated with senior public health leaders on a wide range of high-profile initiatives, including emergency medical care, SARS containment, COVID-19 vaccination and border quarantine measures and measles elimination programs. At BGA, she has advised global pharmaceutical and medical device companies on strategic engagement and advocacy initiatives, contributing to efforts that advance health care innovation and improve patient care in Taiwan.

Vicky earned her Ph.D. in epidemiology and preventive medicine from National Taiwan University. Her combination of scientific expertise, policy knowledge, and government experience enables her to effectively connect clients with key stakeholders and support productive dialogue with public sector decision-makers.
