Yusuf Thareq Ramadhan

Dani helps companies operating in Indonesia’s energy, health and manufacturing sectors find stronger commercial footing in Indonesia’s regulatory environment. Trained as a corporate and antitrust lawyer, he helps clients move beyond surface readings of policy to understand the priorities of the officials and institutions driving regulatory decisions and what that means for their strategy and operations. He works with clients to identify the most effective ways to engage with regulators and position themselves for favorable outcomes within Indonesia’s legal and policy environment. 

Before joining BGA, Dani advised on complex transactions and regulatory matters across Indonesia, Australia and the broader Indo-Pacific. He also served at the International Chamber of Commerce’s Indonesia office, where he led the arbitration desk and supported companies navigating commercial disputes. That combination of transactional experience and institutional work has given him a deep understanding of how Indonesia’s regulatory and legal systems operate in practice, which he leverages to help clients anticipate risks. 

Dani holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Indonesia and has passed the Indonesian bar exam.
