Pingkan Audrine
Pingkan specializes in policy research and analysis, stakeholder mapping, policy advocacy and government engagement in the digital, financial technology (fintech) and agriculture sectors. She provides in-depth regulatory analysis and advocacy strategies to support and advance BGA clients’ policy objectives and strategic partnerships in Indonesia.
Prior to joining BGA, Pingkan worked as a policy analyst at one of Indonesia’s leading think tanks, the Centre for Indonesian Policy Studies. She covered highly regulated industries such as alcohol and emerging sectors like the digital economy and fintech. She also analyzed the impact of international trade and investment agreements on Indonesia’s economic opportunities. Pingkan led major projects on content moderation, user-generated content, data protection, cybersecurity and digital tax.
Pingkan graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She has volunteered on e-government research for the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, New York, and is a research fellow at the EU-ASEAN Next Gen Think Tank Dialogue. In 2021, the Embassy of France in Jakarta granted her a scholarship to complete a course on Digitalization of Public Administration at L’École Nationale d’Administration.
