Yu-Ju Vicky Lin

Vicky brings more than two decades of experience in government affairs and public health policy to help BGA clients navigate the diverse health policy landscape across Taiwan.
Vicky is a former officer with Taiwan’s Ministry of Health and Welfare, where she worked closely with public health leaders and executed health policy such as promoting vaccinations against Covid-19 and regional measles elimination. During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Vicky played a leading role in planning and implementing Taiwan’s North outbound and inbound strategies.
Vicky holds a Doctor of Philosophy in epidemiology and preventive medicine from the National Taiwan University.
