Adepeju Adebajo

Peju brings more than two decades of board and executive leadership experience across industry, finance and sustainability. At BGA, she advises clients on corporate strategy, governance and organizational transformation, helping them navigate complex markets and deliver sustainable growth. 

Peju’s career spans senior executive and non-executive roles across global and African markets, where she has led large-scale transformations and guided organizations through cultural and strategic change. She has served on the boards of listed and privately held companies in manufacturing, distribution and renewable energy, contributing to auditing, remuneration, nominations and sustainability committees. 

Peju holds an MBA from Harvard University and a master’s and bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Imperial College London. She has received Advanced Management Program and Awareness, Vision, Imagination, Role, Action qualifications from INSEAD as well as a master’s-level qualification in coaching. Peju also founded the Nigerian chapter of the Climate Governance Initiative, affiliated with the World Economic Forum, and serves on its Global Future Council on Climate and Nature Governance.
