Rositha has more than 30 years of experience in public policy and government affairs in Taiwan.

Rositha’s greatest strength lies in her ability to quickly identify the root cause of complex policy issues, develop practical solutions and move swiftly from strategy to execution. Drawing on decades of experience and an extensive network of trusted relationships across government, industry and the media, she is able to mobilize the right stakeholders, build consensus and help clients achieve successful outcomes even in the most challenging policy environments.

Rositha has built strong and enduring relationships with senior leaders across Taiwan’s major political parties, senior media executives, and prominent political commentators.

From her early days as a legislative assistant to her current role as a trusted government affairs adviser, Rositha has successfully helped many of the world’s leading companies navigate complex policy and regulatory challenges. Her experience spans high-level government engagement, strategic advocacy campaigns, coalition building, legislative advancement and preventing unfavorable legislation. She has consistently served as a bridge between the private sector and government, helping clients establish productive relationships with policymakers at every level. Her industry experience covers semiconductors, energy, internet platforms, e-commerce and streaming services, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, as well as computer hardware and related technology sectors.

Rositha began her career in the Legislative Yuan in 1994. Rositha maintains strong working relationships with numerous Legislative Yuan offices and is highly experienced in engaging with various local municipal governments on public policy matters.
