Brendan Murray

Brendan is a commercial-contracts professional with two decades of experience negotiating and finalizing agreements. Over his career he has worked on thousands of agreements including master services agreements (MSAs), requests for proposals (RFPs), scopes of work (SOWs) and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for areas such as sales, licensing and professional services. 

Brendan previously worked in the legal departments of multinational telecommunications companies, working over 10 years for firms based in Asia. His experience includes developing standard-form terms and conditions, negotiating non-standard terms and third-party agreements, establishing policies and procedures, engaging colleagues and customers, working with counsel and leading teams of coworkers. 

Brendan graduated from the Thunderbird School of Global Management with a Master of International Management. He holds a Commercial and Contract Management Advanced Practitioner certification from World Commerce and Contracting (formerly IACCM).
