Cheng-Pin Bruce Lin

Bruce has more than 20 years of experience in Taiwan’s legislature. His areas of policy expertise include science and technology, telecommunications, transportation and construction.

A resourceful problem solver, Bruce has assisted a wide range of corporations in Taiwan, including companies seeking access to the National Health Insurance market and major regulatory breakthroughs in digital services. In addition, Bruce provides clients with timely legislative updates and relevant intelligence.

While working as a congressional aide in the Legislative Yuan, Bruce accumulated extensive experience in planning and developing bills, as well as the government budget review process. Bruce was directly involved in the formulation and revision of laws, becoming a subject matter expert on telecommunications and commercial electronic information management. His tenure as a senior aide to legislators from different political parties equipped him with considerable understanding of Taiwan’s political party culture and characteristics of different parties.

Bruce graduated with a master’s degree from the Institute of Political Science at National Taiwan Normal University. He specialized in the operations of political parties and groups in the Legislative Yuan as well as the relationship between the executive branch and the legislature.
