Dang Tuyet Vinh
Vinh brings a wealth of expertise to BGA as a practiced lawyer and advocate. With a background in intellectual property law and extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of issues in the digital sector, she has a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in which businesses operate.
Prior to joining BGA, Vinh was an advocacy manager at the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, where she oversaw 18 sector committees and assisted European businesses and chamber members in navigating Vietnam’s complex regulatory environment. She led the team in preparing two editions of the chamber’s annual whitebook, a compendium of European business issues and recommendations for Vietnamese authorities to improve the regulatory system and support businesses in the country.
Earlier, Vinh worked for Allens Pte. Ltd., an Australian law firm in Vietnam. She spent 17 years advising clients on legal issues, including digital, data privacy, e-transaction, telecommunications and intellectual property rights concerns. She received multiple certifications on intellectual property rights, the EU General Data Protection Regulation technology transfer and other related topics from organizations such as the Japan Patent Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Vinh holds a master’s degree in intellectual property law from the University of Melbourne. She is fluent in English, Vietnamese and Russian.
