Daniel Toligi
Daniel plays a crucial role in steering BGA Indonesia’s corporate strategy to consistently deliver excellent services. He oversees how analysts engage clients, ensuring teams have the skills and tools to meet client expectations. His responsibilities include enhancing internal processes, driving professional development and recruiting new talent. Daniel manages BGA’s participation in a host of business associations and organizations, which are key platforms for the firm’s advocacy efforts.
An experienced adviser to the world’s leading companies, Daniel is well-versed in the politics, policy and regulation of the digital, health care and consumer goods sectors. He provides clients strategic and tactical support to cultivate meaningful and enduring relationships with the government and policy influencers. This allows them to advance commercial goals while supporting public sector aspirations. Daniel has helped address major business challenges such as local content requirements, digital sector regulations, discriminatory import taxes and intellectual property rights, including by shaping draft statutes before they are promulgated.
Prior to joining BGA, Daniel worked at Ernst and Young, where he advised major private and public sector ventures.
Daniel received his bachelor’s degree in international studies from Leiden University, where he minored in global affairs.
