Dr. Quaid Saeed
Dr. Saeed is a public health specialist based in Islamabad, Pakistan. He brings technical, managerial, research and implementation experience in several areas of public health, including communicable disease surveillance and control.
Dr. Saeed has extensive experience dealing with emergencies and humanitarian crisis situations and brings a broad range of managerial, analytical and leadership skills to different national and provincial health projects.
Dr. Saeed most recently served in several key positions in Pakistan and internationally, including managing Global Fund grants in Pakistan. He also worked as the national program officer for the World Health Organization in Pakistan and played a leading role in the National AIDS Control Program carried out by the Ministry of National Health Services.
