Eugene Song

Eugene is a contracts specialist with nearly a decade of experience working on large scale engineering, procurement and construction projects in the powerplant and shipbuilding industries. He formerly served on the project management department’s contracts team at Hyundai Heavy Industries located in Ulsan, South Korea, which gave him broad experience in contract management, project management, risk analysis and dispute resolution.

Eugene has managed the contract processes for a variety of agreements, interpreting legal and technical specification requirements and negotiating claim settlements. He has worked closely with experts, engineers and legal counsel throughout his career to fulfill company objectives.

Eugene graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in biology. After working with Hyundai in Korea, he returned to the United States in 2020.
