Fakhridho SBP Susilo, Ph.D.

Ridho brings a wealth of experience and an extensive network spanning the government, nonprofit, research and private sectors to help the world’s leading companies advance their strategic objectives in Indonesia. He is adept at leading political economy analyses, managing risk mitigation, resolving complex regulatory issues and tailoring strategies for effective engagement with the government and other stakeholders, particularly in the energy, consumer goods and digital sectors. 

A natural network-builder, Ridho has held multiple leadership positions throughout his professional and academic careers. Before joining BGA, he worked for more than a decade as a senior policy analyst and auditor at Indonesia’s Supreme Audit Board. He played a direct role in formulating the board’s strategic plans, audit engagements and transformation initiatives. His responsibilities included conducting external audits for a diverse set of public agencies, providing him with a profound understanding of the inner workings and policy processes of government offices at the national and local levels. 

Ridho earned his doctorate in policy and governance from the Crawford School of Public Policy at the Australian National University, where he was awarded the Fox International Fellowship to research at Yale University. He obtained his master’s degree in public policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore and his bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Indonesia. He has written extensively for national and international media and has published in various academic outlets.
