Nguyen Minh Tam

Tam provides public policy advice on foreign investment and business registration in Vietnam through his detailed research and analysis.
Tam is a former bank officer for Vietnam’s largest bank, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam. In this role he participated in the mobilization, management and implementation of major official development assistance and concessional loan programs and projects. He closely cooperated with key government agencies including the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the State Bank of Vietnam and the Office of Prime Minister. Tam also coordinated closely with foreign donors such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the European Investment Bank, the French Development Agency and the Japan International Cooperation Agency on vital projects that contributed to Vietnam’s socioeconomic development.
Tam received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Drexel University in Philadelphia in the United States.
