Srijan has extensive experience researching and writing on India’s political economy, foreign policy and global trade and investment policy.
Before joining BGA, Srijan was a journalist with one of New Delhi’s leading news publications, ThePrint. Here, he covered India’s evolving relations with the world, its defense policy and political economy. He also reported on major political, economic and foreign policy developments across the world and translated them for an Indian audience.
Srijan worked at several think tanks earlier in his career, including the Carnegie Endowment of International Peace and Asia Society Policy Institute. His work on Indian and global political economy has been published in several international publications and academic journals.
Srijan studied economics and political science at McGill University and international relations at New York University. He speaks Hindi and English.
