Thatcheenee Munusamy

Tasha is responsible for designing and implementing commercial recruiting strategies to support BGA’s hiring needs, building effective relationship with internal management and working closely with team leaders on meeting staffing demands. She covers the overall recruitment process and as a compliance lead acts as a liaison for the Malaysian team and the regional Operations Team to ensure employees adhere to strict protocols of client confidentiality, cybersecurity and other compliance best practices. 

Tasha advertises BGA position descriptions across global networks, including recruiting platforms, university sites, business organizations and other networks as needed. She develops and maintains networks with universities, business associations and other groups that serve as valuable pipelines for BGA’s recruitment. 

Tasha studied for a Bachelor of Business Administration in human resource management at the University Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia. Tasha is fluent in English, Malay and Tamil, both in spoken and written form. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, trying out new recipes and traveling to explore the world.
