Tran Hai Linh

Linh supports research and analysis on legal and public policy issues.
Before joining BGA, Linh worked as a trainee lawyer at an international law firm, specializing in foreign investment, foreign-invested enterprises and public-private partnership projects in Vietnam. She provided research and analysis on legal issues and represented foreign clients in working with government authorities.
Previously, Linh interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Intellectual Property Office under the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam, supporting research and analysis on legal matters.
Linh finished the Lawyer Training Course at the Judicial Academy of Vietnam and holds a bachelor’s degree in international law from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. She served on the executive board of Viet Youth Pro Bono, a non-profit project aimed at improving legal skills and knowledge among law students in Vietnam. She also received a scholarship from ABG Leadership Institute, a non-profit educational organization helping to nurture and develop youth leadership to contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnam.
