Alicia Marzolf

Alicia is a business operations specialist with public and private sector experience. She is intellectually curious and a problem-solver with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Alicia has long worked with and led multi-disciplinary teams in clinical research and business operations. Prior to joining BGA, she held positions with the South Carolina Technical College System, the Medical University of South Carolina and private research organizations. Her roles covered project management, compliance, vendor training, data analysis, budget management and billing administration.
Alicia holds a master’s degree in social work from Wayne State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Michigan University. Earlier in her career she worked with young children and families who had recently immigrated to the United States, were receiving state subsidies for preschool or were experiencing homelessness.
