Jasmine Lee

Jasmine conducts in-depth research and analysis of Taiwan’s politics, economy and regulatory developments to help BGA clients overcome business challenges in the market. She is committed to being a bridge between the government and private enterprises.
Before joining BGA, Jasmine was a researcher at Information Operation Research Group (IORG), where she worked closely with global think tanks and political leaders to advocate for a better information environment. Jasmine is also a contributor at US Taiwan Watch, a think tank and media organization specializing in U.S.-Taiwan-China relations and Indo-Pacific geopolitics. At US Taiwan Watch, she has provided analysis on a weekly podcast and co-wrote the best-selling book “Why and How the US Matters.” Her chapter on Taiwan’s regulatory environment and U.S. commerce was recommended by Minister of Economic Affairs Wang Mei-hua.
Jasmine holds a master’s degree in international relations from New York University. She received her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Shi-Hsin University in Taipei. Jasmine is fluent in English and Mandarin in spoken and written form. She was born and raised in Taipei.
