Olivia Greenhill

Olivia supports BGA’s human resources activities, including employee in-processing, personnel file management and out-processing. She handles the preparation of offer letters, collection of documentation, performance of background checks and distribution of IT equipment for new employees. She assists with the preparation of payroll tasks, reviews employee expense reimbursements using expense management software and reviews travel requests and booking inquires for U.S. employees. 

Prior to joining BGA, Olivia was the HR specialist and technology expert at Solution Tree, where she was responsible for recruiting, onboarding and completing special projects. During her time there, she helped revamp the employee onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for all new hires. 

Olivia holds a master’s degree in management and leadership from Purdue University Global and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Ball State University.
