Ngan researches and analyzes legislative and policy development in the technology, media and communication sectors for BGA clients in Vietnam.
Prior to joining BGA, Ngan spent time immersed in Vietnam’s tech industry as an analyst for a legal tech startup and a full-service e-commerce solutions company. She collected data, conducted research and delivered actionable insights while working closely with clients to address their challenges. Her research focuses on consumer tech, digital transformation, e-commerce, financial crimes and sustainable development.
Ngan graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Hanoi Law University. She received a scholarship in 2022 to study digital economy regulations and legal innovation at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law. She was also awarded a scholarship from the American Chamber of Commerce.
