Ryan Sickles

Ryan oversees BGA’s corporate strategy, brand, and business development. In this role, he works to ensure that BGA and its teams are focused on and impacting the most complex issues facing investors in the Indo-Pacific. An experienced strategic advisor, Ryan has established a track record of counseling global corporations, trade associations, equity and hedge funds, and think-tanks to find creative solutions and achieve success in the political economy of the region and globally. Prior to his role as Chief Strategy Officer, he was a vice president for client service overseeing BGA’s sector-focused work and ensuring that its clients received exceptional and consistent support in solving their problems and advancing their business.

Before joining BGA, Ryan spent several years and held many leadership roles at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he remains a non-resident senior associate. During his tenure, he developed deep and collaborative relationships with Fortune 100 companies to help them address their international relations challenges and anticipate global risk.
