As an analyst, Pipit specializes in the health sector. She is responsible to research and monitor business and investment issues related to Indonesia’s healthcare sector, including government policies, legislative, regulatory and industry developments, as well as consumer trends and issues.
Pipit has worked for a decade professionally assisting the People’s Representative Council of Indonesia’s Commission IX, overseeing health and manpower affairs. Her experiences equip her with in-depth knowledge and understanding of Indonesia’s national health insurance initiative (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional), public health, private industry and pharmaceutical regulation. She has a good relations with the government, private stakeholders, professional organizations, patient groups and other associations related to her expertise area.
Pipit obtained a master’s degree in public health from the National University of Singapore’s joint program with Diponegoro University after winning the Excellence Scholarship Program from the Indonesia government. She received a bachelor’s degree in public health from Diponegoro University.
