Kate supports the growth and development of BGA’s overseas offices, client contracts and staff. She is efficient, creative and has in depth knowledge of Asia and its varied needs across the region.
Prior to joining BGA, she served as the associate director for the Southeast Asia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, where she managed the program’s projects and budgets. Kate joined CSIS as a research associate in 2012, where her research primarily focused on Indonesia, Thailand, Timor-Leste and sub-national conflict and democratic development in the region.
Kate holds a Master of Arts in international relations and international economics from the Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), concentrating in Southeast Asia Studies. She received a Bachelor of Arts in political science and East Asian studies from Simmons College in Boston.
